Gratitude vs The World Around Us

Isn't it interesting how the world around us seems so negative and yet our personal life can have moments where we can have gratitude.
As we walk forward in this life of ours many a times the gratitude mindset can really pull us out of the rabbit hole of the negativity that keeps pelting us. We can very much stay in the negative mindset and yet that can hurts our body, mind, our spiritual walk, the people around us and more. I personally have found gratitude Gratitude is a form of love that my body my emotions my story even the people around me has helped to step up into who I am.
Today's show is going to be about tools and experiences to give you insight on how to negotiate gratitude during those really deep hard times so that you can find a purpose and a reason for moving through what you are. I do at this point want to send love to Cuba, Hawaii And all the places that need some love .
Also where we are at in a lot of our governments and I want you to know that I find gratitude in you being able to be alive and witnessing this reality even if it's not a happy one.
Remembering your truth is your truth i'm here as a perspective to bring light and love to this world and give tools to negotiate moving into our interesting realities around us.

Negotiating Our Outer World

Negotiating our outer world is not always easy especially when things are not always going the way we want them to.
We have a lot going on right now that is not always easy to witness either with the wars the prices of things and life happening The people around us.
It seems like our nervous system is really overloaded right now with stress and anxiety. In this show I'll give you some ideas on how to manage your stress and anxiety to negotiate the realities Plus I might give you some ideas on how to get into the mindset to be more positive then negative.

I am excited to have Paula Sheehan

Paula Sheehan is an intuitive healer that comes to the spiritual arena with 20+ years of experience in athletic training and sports medicine. After spending decades working in western medicine, she started a family. Finally, in her mid 50’s began integrating new awareness and beliefs to her already holistic approach to healing and educating those that cross her journey’s path.
Exposure to all things spiritual provided many new interests and tools to utilize for healing herself and others. Tarot card reading and her love of crystals and minerals has provided her connection to spirit with a physical component supporting her new path. She is currently pursuing a certification in Lithotherapy (crystal therapy) to elevate her working knowledge of the ever-growing field of crystal healing. Eventually incorporating sound therapies and other beneficial techniques into practice continues to be a goal.
Helping people of all ages heal and grow through knowledge of self has become a passion. Sparking collective interest in looking at life’s journey differently and allowing ownership and trust in one’s own journey has become a focus moving forward. She is extremely happy and excited to be taking her journey to the next level, and helping others to do the same. Providing safe space for healing and exploration of self is key in turning the collective internal lights back on for humanity’s survival. It is providing Grace and understanding that will help the Light win, join her!
