An invitation to see what we are going through

We as a group are coming through these new energies, I want to describe a little bit more about how we can get into finding out our truer stories.
I just went through a moment where I figured out why I was going through something and then at the same time you know we're all embarking into finding out how to walk through some of this fear that we're in.
We also are coming out intuitively and I can tell you a little bit more how to have better boundaries and understandings with those intuitional moments.
Today's show is going to be kind of a little bit about everything as today's world is a little bit about everything boundaries stories: fear, anxiety, and much more.
I want you to believe in yourself because this is a time to truly truly believe in yourself to walk forward. I will be channeling a deity for guidance and then pulling orgo cards towards the end.

Trauma / Healing/ Nervous System

As we go through our life many at times we come through as we go through our life many at times we come through so much trauma that it rewires our nervous system and other parts of our bodies.
As I too have gone through much of the healing process with my nervous system as I can understand how to intuitively guide you through this process.
We all have these moments where either sound feelings conversations words moments in life even driving over a bridge can cause some trauma to reappear without even knowing it or what was causing it.
On today's show I will continue the conversation that my shorts videos about the nervous system and how to feel safe in working through your trauma triggers.
I will also be channeling a deity Mother Mary to support you in addition to this conversation and then at the end of the show I will be pulling some oracle cards to do small card readings if you so choose.

Solstice energies, & insights on life

As we walk into the Solstice energies and after we're going to be going through like a portal. The energy is going be pulling us through some emotions some stories and if you haven't already noticed that there's been some stories coming up probably with you about coming over some past trauma or negotiations of life.
With Jupiter in Cancer also we're getting very much into some emotional beginnings of our lives changing up so much over this next year. This is a pivotal time of our year when we ever have the equinox or the solstices so with that I just want to help you get through this energy to be your better self.

Why Our Souls Come together & grief with life with Regan Forston

On today's show with Ragan Forston and I Natasha Venter will be talking about the souls walk with how we intermingle and come together with the people around us. And we will also be talking about the grief process when we lose someone that is close to us. The Grief process is not always easy and it's never on a timeline. So if you're in the grief process remember to always be kind to yourself because it's one of those times to be very vulnerable and feel what you need to feel.
I'm pleased to let others tell you how to feel what you should feel or how long you should feel it because it's a personal journey. Then as we're negotiating this process of this process of emotions we don't all have the same soul family yet there is a reason why we do weave our way through each other's lives.

Lets see what The Universe of Love Wants us to know

I hope you know that you are so loved First off. We are in the midst of big changes right now and the universe is here to support us if we believe.
