Communication when not easy!

Today's world seems like we are around. People who are on edge, or they don't necessarily have the emotions to deal with what we're talking about. On today's show I will be talking about communication during those difficult times. How do you communicate with someone Who is a narcissist or even a boss?
I have had many situations where I've had to do with a lot of things. And you know, we're not always perfect going through it, but if we stay consistent, keep our intention better. Ground our anxiety and breathe into what's happening. Many times we don't get into other people's energies. When can stay more in our own energy life is a little more gracious. I'll help you with some examples of how i have done that.

Booboo Is someone who I admire and has come through a lot. I've gotten to know him a little bit through him coming into my life through Next Level Soul. Then as he was starting his own podcast asked me to be on his show and us doing little conversations about life. Thing about Booboo is that we share a little bit of similarity with dealing with addiction in our lives. His perspective is that he was the one that was called to get sober and mine was I was married to one who by life was asked to get sober.

Booboo Garcia from San Pedro California grew up in an environment with gangs, drugs, and alcohol use from an early age. As a young boy he always felt he had lived other lives and has been fascinated with ancient civilizations, mysteries of life, UFO’s, and Big Foot. Eventually getting caught up in gangs and struggling with alcoholism, losing everything that gave him a sense of self, caused a spiritual awakening in 2009. He immediately started to feel guided by the mystics—spiritual teachers—from all walks of life: Realizing the Oneness of Life. Since then he has been finding ways to help humanity for the greater good. Honoring All Souls Day

Susy Parker Goins and I, Natasha Venter will be talking about the souls of and everyday life. With this being All Souls Day were open to having more souls around us from loved ones and then with Halloween the day before Boy, we never know what surround us now. I know that life is moving forward for many of us, and it's a blessing to know how to interact with the souls around us as this is a continuation from last week's show where I talked about souls and boundaries with them. One never knows where the conversation goes when Susie and I get together about. spirit and Ghosts and the world around us. Looking into Revaluing Ourselves first half #1

Well, today was an interesting day, starting my show in my car. Then I had an oops that I had to stop the show and restart it. So the beginning of this show is about the reinventing, re honoring, revaluing yourselves.
 
Then go to the second part of the show on the next video, where I ended up channeling messages from Jesus and any other cards that got pulled after the main message that Jesus gave. You'll find messages from Quan Yan, Angel Maya and another ascendant masters. I hope that these messages in the other show. which I'm going to label revaluing yourself Part 2 will help you enjoy your life. Hi, Natasha Venter. Multi Life Intuitive, Spiritual Counselor is looking like we can be in a moment where It's time for us to find ways to revalue ourselves. Many of us do not think of ourselves very highly or we tell ourselves many things that are down grading. When we are in these moments that and stress around us is happening We tend to go down some rabbit holes and negotiate the world in a less than moment; We stand in fear, the shame, guilt, and even grief. With this I'm hoping that this conversation I have with you is about the revaluing of our stories and the negotiation of this world of ours. It's really time for us to stop being in everybody else's business and come back to us which is part of that revaluing.
